Stop Overeating for Women 50+ Beta Group Has Been Successful AF!

Last spring, I reached out for volunteers, women age 50+, to help me beta-test a new program to stop overeating.

Well, the results are in, and I’m excited to share that the program has been a real success! And, although the beta program was only supposed to run for 12 weeks, we continue to meet every week.

One of the beautiful things about this program is that members may join using any weight loss program or food plan they are currently following or want to follow. Or, they can create their own protocols using my methods.

Check this out:

One of my members, age 76, follows a well-known, international program (not mentioning any names). She had lost about 8 pounds when we began the beta group on May 5, 2023, and she was feeling stuck.

Since then, she reports losing 18 pounds in the beta program!

“This is the piece that everyone keeps missing.”

She told me that this company just bought a pharmaceutical firm that manufactures weight loss drugs. That’s what they are now going to endorse.

They are going THERE instead of coming HERE.

Another member, age 51, was convinced she would never lose the weight she wanted. She was always in a hurry to drop the pounds. This member chose to follow the eating plan that I made available.

She just reported crossing the 10 pound loss mark!

So, why is this working?

Because we are addressing what other programs are missing.

Because we are learning that it isn’t about the food. Or the scale.

Because we are learning to love who we are in this moment. Not waiting until we lose the weight.

Because we are learning to trust ourselves and our choices.

Because we are not in a hurry.

Because we are choosing to enjoy life now.

Now accepting members for mid-November!

Now that I know what works, I’m ready to accept more members to join and participate in this life-changing program. We’re starting in mid-November.

Keep an eye out for more emails with more details.

Please don’t think I’m writing to you, specifically, to imply that you need to stop overeating . We may not even have met, and for sure I can’t see you through an email (okay, THAT would be creepy).

I’m actually writing to ask you to help me get the word out to any women in your life who you think may need this life-changing program.

She is age 50+.

She may be suffering and believe it is because of her weight.

She may believe she is too old to lose weight.

She may believe she has tried everything and nothing works.

She may believe she doesn’t know how to or can’t do it.

She may need to stop overeating for health reasons.

She is open to trying something new to improve her life.

She has some other reason(s) why she wants to change her eating habits.

I know this is a long email and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read it. Would you favor me and the women in your life by passing this along?
